Query the SCP Finality Certificate
The explorer calls swss_getFinalityCert on the SWSS Chain RPC node. The cert is retrieved directly from the validator that issued it — no intermediary.

The finality certificate is displayed — including block height, validator signature, cert hash, and timestamp. Download as JSON for regulatory reporting.
