Every deed transaction on SWSS Chain receives a SCP Finality Certificate — a cryptographic proof that 3 of 4 validators committed the settlement. The certificate root hash is embedded in the block ExtraData, covered by the proposer's BFT signature. Finality certificates are legal-grade settlement proof.
